Description

Develop machine learning models for risk mitigation and growth opportunity identification in payment security.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure in partnership with engineering teams.
• Design complex features by combining technical methods with business insights.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to propose actionable recommendations and support go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams to shape product strategy and align resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Python, SQL, and Spark.
• 5+ years of experience applying machine learning techniques including Gradient Boosting, Logistic Regression, and Decision Trees.
• 4+ years of experience with data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience working with non-structural data.
• Proven ability to deliver technical and leadership presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
• Flexibility to attend meetings in different international time zones at least twice a week.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in the credit card payments industry.
