Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI and language models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI, ML, and NLP solutions including conversational AI and document understanding.
• Manage and improve data collection pipelines and existing datasets.
• Develop reusable modeling pipelines and tools to support cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Define and deploy best practices for Machine Learning and MLOps.
• Translate analytic insights into actionable product and business recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP libraries such as OpenNLP, CoreNLP, WordNet, NLTK, SpaCy, or Gensim.
• Proven ability to build and fine-tune Large Language Models for bespoke NLP tasks.
• Deep understanding of transformer-based models and text data.
• Proficiency in NLP tasks including intent recognition, entity extraction, summarization, and topic modeling.
• Strong knowledge of text mining, classification methods (SVM, NN), and vector space models.
• Advanced statistical methods and sentiment analysis expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Foundational knowledge of Cloud and API frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
