Description

You will develop machine learning models for risk mitigation and growth opportunity identification in payment security.

You will build scalable data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure in partnership with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design complex features by combining technical methods with business insights.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to propose actionable recommendations and support go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams to shape product strategy and align resources.
• Deliver technical and leadership presentations to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
• Attend meetings in different international time zones at least twice a week.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Python, SQL, and Spark.
• 5+ years of experience applying machine learning techniques including Gradient Boosting, Logistic Regression, and Decision Trees.
• 4+ years of experience with data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience working with non-structural data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in the credit card payments industry.
