Design and build AI/ML systems for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance AI systems using advanced analytical techniques.
• Create automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Research novel analytical enhancement methods for model improvement.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders on deployment.
• Champion strategies for suspicious activity detection using NLP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in AI, ML, or NLP solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for production-grade development.
• Experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP software packages and libraries.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
