You will design high-performance AI systems and create automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI systems using advanced techniques.
• Create automation solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Research and implement novel analytical enhancement methods.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to align technical outputs with business needs.
• Promote and integrate new AI/ML/NLP capabilities into existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in AI, ML, or NLP solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP software packages and libraries.
• Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Proven problem-solving and time management skills in an industry setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or other quantitative fields.
• Experience championing strategies for suspicious activity detection.
