You will coordinate complex cloud and AI initiatives leveraging large language models and advanced machine learning to deliver measurable value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement LLM-based applications tailored for in-house legal needs.
• Evaluate and maintain data assets and training evaluation datasets to ensure integrity and quality.
• Design and build pipelines for preprocessing, annotating, and managing legal document datasets.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance to drive continuous improvements.
• Interface with technical personnel and legal experts to finalize requirements and ensure domain-specific alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Strong Python background with hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Practical experience with NLP libraries including spaCy, Flair, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and benchmarking using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, vector stores (Postgres, Elasticsearch, ChromaDB).
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure cloud environments.
• Understanding of data modeling principles and complex data models.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Scala, Spark, or Ray for distributed computing systems.
• Experience with API development, containerization, and ML/AI Ops.
