You will lead the development of end-to-end machine learning solutions that convert complex enterprise data into actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable analytics pipelines and build production-grade machine learning models for predictive insights and anomaly detection.
• Perform large-scale exploratory data analysis and develop statistical and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate analytical insights into operational systems.
• Define model evaluation and experimentation strategies, presenting findings through data narratives.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices in data science and responsible AI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Expertise in Python programming and distributed data processing using Spark.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing ETL pipelines and feature engineering workflows on AWS Cloud services.
• Proficiency with MLOps frameworks for model deployment and monitoring.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI or Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
