Description

You will lead data science initiatives from acquisition through production deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead data acquisition, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to privacy policies.
• Develop data-driven strategies based on business priorities and articulate them to stakeholders.
• Create models, conduct experiments, and analyze results using ML tools to evaluate performance.
• Drive operational excellence for model deployment, covering scalability and production integration.
• Mentor team members on data cleaning, analysis best practices, and model validation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data science managing structured and unstructured data.
• 3+ years of experience with Python or R.
• Proficiency in SQL and KQL.
• Experience with Spark and Airflow for data manipulation and orchestration.
• Strong foundation in statistical and modeling techniques.
• Ability to write efficient, readable, and extensible code.
• Experience identifying data gaps and onboarding new datasets from production or third-party sources.
