Description

You will apply advanced data science concepts to deliver data-driven digital offerings using Databricks Lakehouse architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models using Databricks Runtime for ML.
• Design and implement data architectures using Delta Lake and manage assets via Unity Catalog.
• Lead data-driven decision-making from collection through monitoring using Databricks Jobs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write source code in Python, PySpark, and SQL, validating and testing models rigorously.
• Mentor data scientists, ASPIRES, and interns on technical growth and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years' experience in Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Azure Cloud resources, including Azure Data Lake and Azure ML.
• Experience building scalable ML solutions and translating analytics into business impact.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Delta Lake and Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts, including Azure OpenAI.
