Description

You will architect and deliver production-grade Generative AI applications, including conversational search, chatbots, summarizers, and recommender engines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect GenAI frameworks for products such as bots and search interfaces.
• Build and optimize LLM models (BERT, GPT) using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Implement RAG, dynamic prompting, and PEFT/SFT using tools like LangChain.
• Ensure safety and transparency by implementing guardrails and bias mitigation.
• Operationalize end-to-end ML solutions on AWS and mentor junior staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience.
• Advanced technical degree in a relevant field.
• Strong experience with NLP, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Self-Attention mechanisms.
• Proven ability to build production-ready ML/AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions.
