Description

You will lead the development and optimization of biometric algorithms for facial identification and authentication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and test inclusive, non-biased biometric recognition models.
• Optimize Paravision facial identification services for physical access and payment use cases.
• Evaluate service accuracy by measuring and minimizing false positive and false negative rates.
• Manage the creation and curation of labeled facial image datasets.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade Paravision biometric algorithms and IDR&D liveness check services to mitigate attack vectors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or biometric algorithm development.
• Proficiency with Paravision facial identification services.
• Experience with IDR&D liveness check services and tuning FR services.
• Expertise in biometric model training and accuracy evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Proven ability to manage labeled facial image datasets.
• Experience optimizing services for user authentication workflows.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NEC technologies.
• Expertise in digital imaging pre-processing, including detection, exposure, and field depth optimization.
