Drive data science solutions for supply chain optimization and inventory allocation.

Responsibilities

• Refactor optimization algorithms written in Python using Object Oriented Programming.
• Develop and implement predictive models and optimization algorithms to improve inventory management and resource allocation.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights for replenishment optimization.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate different replenishment strategies and allocation policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist focused on supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with mathematical programming solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, or Google OR Tools.
• Solid understanding of optimization techniques and predictive modelling concepts.
• Experience applying various analytical models to complex business use cases.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks beyond PySpark.
• Background in logistics or retail supply chain domains.
