Required Skills

• 13+ years of industry experience in data science.
• Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on expertise with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proven ability in model fine-tuning techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of AI Ops.
• Experience managing AI toolchains.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation methods.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
