Lead advanced data science initiatives focused on Large Language Model (LLM) implementation, evaluation, and production workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Large Language Models using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Manage AI Ops and maintain AI toolchains for production-level workflows.
• Develop and execute rigorous model evaluation methods.
• Apply deep technical expertise to scale LLM solutions in production environments.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of industry experience in data science.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Strong capability in model fine-tuning techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of AI Ops and infrastructure.
• Experience managing AI toolchains and evaluation pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying LLMs in high-scale production environments.
