Description

You will lead the development of data structures and intelligence tools to support decision-making and program performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data structures for PESTO data and integrate service-specific datasets.
• Design business intelligence tools and data mining capabilities.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for readiness assessments, modeling, and simulation.
• Create data warehouses, datamarts, and integration layers to support MDoDS modernization.
• Develop metrics and analytics to monitor program performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Expertise in modeling and simulation.
• Experience with big-data platforms and BI tools.
• Proficiency in data mining and analytics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data governance.
• Familiarity with DoD readiness data.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• DoD data analytics experience.
• Data science or analytics certifications.
