Description

You will lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning solutions for segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, product analytics, and churn prediction.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into technical requirements and OKRs.
• Build self-serving internal data products to simplify data access across the organization.
• Mentor junior data scientists through project planning, technical decision-making, and code and document reviews.
• Communicate complex technical results and project progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with software engineering principles, including testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Knowledge of deployment patterns, NLP, and ML Flows and Operations.
• Ability to define project milestones and manage stakeholder requirements.
