Description

You will lead data science projects from conception to deployment to drive product enhancements and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced statistical analysis on large datasets to identify patterns, outliers, and root causes.
• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to support business initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts to foster technical growth.
• Communicate findings through analytical reports and visualizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Expertise in AWS AI/ML and GenAI tools, including SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management, data protection, and privacy standards.
• Experience building model tooling around continuous auditing.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
