Description

You will design and implement AI/ML models to extract knowledge from structured and unstructured data. You own the full lifecycle of supervised and unsupervised learning solutions, applying deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and Transformers. You implement RAG, prompting, and fine-tuning workflows for OpenAI and open-source LLMs. You execute NLP tasks including sentiment analysis, embedding, summarization, and chatbot development, while performing entity extraction to drive knowledge discovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop supervised and unsupervised learning models for diverse business use cases.
• Implement deep learning architectures including CNN, RNN, LSTM, and Transformers.
• Apply prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques using OpenAI and open-source LLMs.
• Perform entity identification and extraction to drive knowledge discovery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML model design and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in Python and R.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, TensorFlow, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Practical experience with LLM tools and fine-tuning workflows.
• Working knowledge of database systems including DB2, Sybase, and Oracle.
• Experience operating within CPU/GPU cloud environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of finance domain principles.
