Description

Design and implement AI/ML models to extract knowledge from structured and unstructured data, owning the full lifecycle of supervised and unsupervised learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop supervised and unsupervised learning models for diverse business use cases.
• Implement deep learning architectures including CNN, RNN, LSTM, and Transformers.
• Apply prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques using OpenAI and open-source LLMs.
• Perform entity identification and extraction to drive knowledge discovery.
• Execute NLP tasks including sentiment analysis, embedding, summarization, and chatbot development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML model design and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in Python and R.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, TensorFlow, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Practical experience with LLM tools and fine-tuning workflows.
• Working knowledge of database systems including DB2, Sybase, and Oracle.
• Experience operating within CPU/GPU cloud environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of finance domain principles.
