Drive advanced AI and NLP development for complex healthcare agent systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agent architectures and implement A2A and Model Context Protocols (MCP).
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and NLP models for healthcare contexts.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Process and manage healthcare data using FHIR, HL7, ICD/CPT, and X12 EDI standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software or data science roles.
• 7+ years developing AI agent architectures and LLM/NLP solutions.
• 7+ years implementing RAG systems.
• 7+ years proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries.
• 7+ years experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD/CPT, X12 EDI).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of MCP and Vector DB integration for agent memory.
• Prior work deploying LLM-based agents in production healthcare systems.
