Description

You will lead the development and deployment of data science solutions, with a focus on NLP, generative AI, and MLOps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NLP pipelines using NLTK and SpaCy for semantic search and text analysis.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
• Build scalable data processing workflows using Spark and orchestrate them with Airflow.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production using MLOps/LLMOps best practices on AWS.
• Collaborate on model training and optimization using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including NLTK and SpaCy.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and semantic search techniques.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with big data tools like Spark and cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and workflow orchestration with Airflow.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with production-grade LLM deployment and optimization.
