Description

You will lead cloud environment development, data strategy, and legacy system migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud design and data migration strategies.
• Manage and document data models, mappings, dictionaries, and flow diagrams.
• Establish best practices for data cleansing, retention, governance, and security.
• Supervise two database programmers and coordinate with application, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and reporting across legacy and cloud systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database design, SQL Server, and DB2.
• 10+ years of experience in data conversion, cleansing, and migration.
• 5+ years of experience leading or supervising IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and application support/testing.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, DB2, and SSIS.
• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Azure or MS Cloud certification.
• SSIS framework experience.
• Familiarity with Parquet text files.
