Description

You will own the architecture and development of AWS data platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end data platforms using AWS services.
• Orchestrate data workflows using Airflow and Step Functions.
• Write, tune, and optimize SQL, including stored procedures and federated queries for Redshift.
• Perform performance tuning specifically on AWS Redshift clusters.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with deep AWS expertise.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and unit testing.
• Experience with S3, Aurora, Glue, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with Airflow and Step Functions for orchestration.
• Experience with Athena, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, and Kinesis.
• Proven ability to write and optimize Redshift stored procedures and leverage its data API.
