Lead data operations, manage team performance, and resolve complex technical escalations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 tasks and manage internal and client escalations.
• Supervise employees, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Train team members and create or update technical documentation.
• Conduct quality audits to identify process improvements and performance variations.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide training and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance, research, data mining, or lead generation.
• Proven experience managing complex tasks and resolving high-level escalations.
• Strong inference skills to develop solutions when information is ambiguous.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools or frameworks to improve processes.
• Demonstrated leadership through task ownership and team supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process best practices.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
• Ability to work independently without constant manager intervention.
