Lead data governance initiatives to standardize operational information across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures.
• Partner with business and technical teams to manage data ingestion, usage, quality, and stewardship.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of data assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Align data governance practices with business needs by working with subject matter experts.
• Support data-related decision-making processes across multiple departments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management.
• Experience working within global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies or similar industries.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience managing invoice data and procurement tools.
• Strong understanding of data processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP MDG.
• Experience with Informatica tools.
