Description

You will lead technical product support, systems analysis, and data architecture for federal healthcare readiness programs. This role bridges mission needs with technical execution within Agile frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, data architecture support, and value engineering recommendations for government contractor programs.
• Review healthcare-readiness system designs for function, reliability, interoperability, and lifecycle cost effectiveness.
• Map data dependencies, data flows, and architectures across systems, stakeholders, and readiness data sources.
• Translate mission needs into technical requirements by partnering with business analysts, project controls, and government SMEs.
• Maintain system requirements, backlogs, traceability matrices, and architecture maps in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, data engineering, or federal technology programs.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Agile requirements and sprint cycles.
• Strong proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, IBM Jazz, Rational tools, or Confluence.
• Experience producing technical artifacts including data flow diagrams, architecture maps, and decision logs.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, value analysis, and technical trade-off analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture in federal, defense, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DoD acquisition frameworks such as JCIDS, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, CDD, or CNS.
• Understanding of NIST 800-171, HIPAA, Privacy Act, CUI handling, and federal data governance.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled, prototype, or modernization programs in health IT.
