Description

You will oversee the support, enhancement, and development of organizational data systems while leading a multidisciplinary team. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project managers, developers, and database engineers to ensure successful system maintenance and project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for data systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and scope definition with stakeholders.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of secure, scalable, and reliable data-oriented systems.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in data management or IT management.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience managing data-oriented systems and complex technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Relevant data management or technical certifications.
