Description

Lead validation of data migrations from on-premise systems to cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for data migration processes.
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to meet project requirements.
• Identify, report, and resolve defects and data anomalies with development teams.
• Maintain testing frameworks, scripts, and automation suites for migration efforts.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in software testing, specializing in data testing and migration.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as SSIS or QuerySurge.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries for data validation and verification.
• Hands-on experience testing data transformations and movements across different environments.
• Strong understanding of database concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with Informatica or similar data tools.
