Key Responsibilities-

 

  • Install, configure, and maintain databases Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
  • Monitor and optimize database performance, queries, and indexing
  • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
  • Implement high availability solutions replication, clustering, failover
  • Handle L2 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex issues
  • Manage database security users, roles, access control
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting Shell Python Power Shell
  • Support and guide L1 team members

Required Skills-
 

  • Strong experience in RDBMS NoSQL databases
  • Advanced SQL and performance tuning knowledge
  • Experience with HADR, replication, and monitoring tools
  • Basic scripting and Linux Windows administration
