Description

You will manage and optimize complex data architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises SQL Server environments and cloud-based data architectures.
• Design and manage data architectures to support complex ETL processes and analytical use cases.
• Optimize data flows, enhance performance, and ensure data quality.
• Execute cloud migrations and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate database and infrastructure tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in database administration or data engineering.
• Expertise in SQL Server (on-premises and Azure).
• Experience with Azure SQL, Managed Instances, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data architecture design.
• Ability to work with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps.
