Lead database upgrades (11g → 19c)
Architect solutions across Exadata & cloud (OCI)
Support and optimize Oracle EBS R12 workloads
Mentor teams and influence technical strategy

20+ years Oracle DBA experience required
Strong expertise in Exadata, RAC, ASM, Data Guard
