Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise-level database environments, owning design, maintenance, and performance tuning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain database structures for enterprise applications.
• Perform continuous performance tuning and analysis.
• Create technical and functional design documentation.
• Manage multi-tier system development including SOA and Microservices.
• Operate within Agile and Scrum SDLC workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall database experience.
• 8+ years with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• 8+ years in relational database administration and design.
• 8+ years in performance tuning and enterprise application design.
• 8+ years creating technical and functional design documentation.
• 8+ years in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 8+ years with multi-tier architectures (SOA, Microservices, 3-Tier).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large volume databases, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• 6+ years Azure experience and ETL data loading into Azure SQL.
• 3+ years DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
