Description

You will own the engineering direction for assigned technology areas, managing standards, strategy, and team performance while building and deploying scalable application components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology standards and ensure global development adherence across functional areas.
• Set functional goals and deliver them to Operations & Technology organizations.
• Build, deploy, and test application components in development environments.
• Manage execution of IT strategy and roadmap for assigned technology areas.
• Train, coach, and manage performance for assigned personnel.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Application Development, system analysis, and project implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle Database, React, and JavaScript.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Proven experience practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Background in Financial Services or large, complex global environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Observability and monitoring tech stacks.
