Description

You will design and govern enterprise data models and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and document data governance, stewardship practices, and modeling standards for enterprise data models.
• Identify architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces for data sources, automated data loads, and analytical models.
• Translate privacy and information security policies into operational procedures and data controls.
• Develop data dictionaries, data lineage flows, and metadata management documentation.
• Monitor projects and establish measurement and tracking for specific technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database administration, architecture, or data analysis.
• Expertise in Oracle database environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Proven background in data modeling, master data management, and metadata management.
• Experience designing enterprise data warehouses and storage on cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Knowledge of relational database management systems and business intelligence/analytics frameworks.
• Ability to document data sources, risks, and technical processes.
• Familiarity with data classification, clustering, and deduplication methodologies.
• Working knowledge of the Texas Project Delivery Framework and DFPS systems including IMPACT, PACES, ABCS, PEIRS, NEICE, e-Report, e-Travel, General Placement Search, and Community Based Care.
