You will design and govern enterprise data models and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
Define and document data governance, stewardship practices, and modeling standards for enterprise data models.
Identify architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces for data sources, automated data loads, and analytical models.
Translate privacy and information security policies into operational procedures and data controls.
Develop data dictionaries, data lineage flows, and metadata management documentation.
Monitor projects and establish measurement and tracking for specific technical tasks.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in database administration, architecture, or data analysis.
Expertise in Oracle database environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
Proven background in data modeling, master data management, and metadata management.
Experience designing enterprise data warehouses and storage on cloud and on-premises platforms.
Knowledge of relational database management systems and business intelligence/analytics frameworks.
Ability to document data sources, risks, and technical processes.
Familiarity with data classification, clustering, and deduplication methodologies.
Working knowledge of the Texas Project Delivery Framework and DFPS systems including IMPACT, PACES, ABCS, PEIRS, NEICE, e-Report, e-Travel, General Placement Search, and Community Based Care.
