Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data / BI Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines
Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting
Develop and manage dashboards and reports using BI tools
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements
Optimize data warehouse performance and cost efficiency
Implement best practices for data architecture and security
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with SQL and data modeling
Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Proficiency in ETL tools or frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Informatica)
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Solid programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of data governance and best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
