Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and business intelligence solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Build and optimize data models for analytics, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Develop and manage dashboards using BI tools, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Optimize data warehouse performance and cost efficiency on cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and data architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in ETL tools or frameworks including Airflow, dbt, or Informatica.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Solid programming skills in Python or Scala.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data governance best practices and security standards.
