Description

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and business intelligence solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Build and optimize data models for analytics, reporting, and data warehouse performance.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports using BI tools to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems while implementing security best practices.
• Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proficiency with ETL/ELT frameworks like Airflow, dbt, or Informatica.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Solid programming skills in Python or Scala.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
