Drive data analysis and system requirements for healthcare initiatives, focusing on Medicaid/Medicare payer operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business and data requirements for system improvements.
• Lead data-driven initiatives and strategy execution within the healthcare domain.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation for claims, membership, and provider data.
• Create Functional Specifications and Source-to-Target (S2T) mappings.
• Support the SDLC and Agile lifecycle end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in data/business analysis and project work.
• 5+ years in healthcare, specifically Medicaid/Medicare payer experience.
• Strong SQL expertise for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and Data Quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Understanding of data governance, PII, and Collibra.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EDI and care management data.
• Familiarity with FACETS healthcare system.
