Description

You will design, build, and support IBM DataPower environments, handling development, production support, and technical consulting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and document software applications and infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within DataPower environments.
• Develop solutions involving DataPower configuration and extension functions.
• Provide ongoing production support and maintenance for deployed software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and production support.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataPower (XI52, IDG, X3 devices).
• Proficiency in XML, SOAP, WSDL, and REST standards.
• Experience with SOA principles and JavaScript programming.
• Experience creating WSP, XFW, MPGW, FSH, and Log targets.
• Familiarity with certificate management and encryption within DataPower.
• Experience with testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
• Experience with Splunk for logging and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of cloud native platforms, specifically AWS and AWS API Gateway.
