You will build and maintain complex data pipelines for large-scale data warehousing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage to load data into warehouses.
• Design database tables, select appropriate data types, and advise on efficient schema designs.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server T-SQL queries, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Troubleshoot SQL Server service outages and implement solutions such as clustering, log shipping, or replication.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical ETL solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience working for US companies within the US.
• 4+ years of recent banking experience since 2017.
• 7+ years of experience with IBM DataStage (versions 9.1 - 11.5).
• 5+ years of hands-on ETL development using DataStage.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and Vertica.
• 5+ years of experience coding SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Extensive experience writing complex mapping operations, scripts, and triggers for data warehouse loading.
• Proficiency using Profiler traces to identify and optimize frequently run queries.
• 2+ years of experience working within agile development practices.
