Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SQL Server and other databases.
• Monitor database performance, availability, and health.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
• Manage AWS database services including RDS, Aurora, and Redshift.
• Support database replication, partitioning, backup, and high-availability solutions.
• Implement database security controls and auditing for sensitive data.
• Monitor databases using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, and Redgate.
• Use Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
• Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for database administration.
• Troubleshoot database issues and support production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience Required:

• 7-15 years of experience in database administration.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and SQL.
• Experience with AWS database services such as RDS, Aurora, and Redshift.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB is preferred.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, replication, partitioning, and high availability.
• Experience with database security and auditing.
• Knowledge of monitoring and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments is preferred.

Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation.
