Description

You will manage SQL Server environments, ensuring security, performance, and operational readiness for multiple development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build SQL Server tables and write complex Transact-SQL stored procedures for ETL processes.
• Create SSIS packages to facilitate data movement and integration.
• Manage database security, health, and performance to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with .NET developers to provide database application development support.
• Execute data loads and perform data modeling based on business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of MS SQL Server Administration experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Transact-SQL for complex stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) using native tools.
• Proficiency with backups, restores, and recovery models.
• Working knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and clustering.
• Experience with ETL and reporting tools including SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Participate in a rotational schedule to provide production database support.
