Description

Lead application development and automation using low-code platforms and BPM tools. You will own the full lifecycle of automation solutions, from requirement gathering to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate complex workflows using low-code platforms such as Decisions, Appian, or OutSystems.
• Manage multiple development tasks within deadline-driven environments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Interact with customers independently to gather requirements and provide technical updates.
• Design and implement high-quality automation solutions, working both independently and within a team.
• Solve complex automation logic using strong analytical skills and decision tree structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Decisions, automation tools, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, BPM, or RPA technologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Pega, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems, or Decisions.
• Strong analytical skills for designing efficient automation logic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Ability to learn new automation tools and platforms quickly.
• Degree in BTech, BSC, MSc, M.Tech, BCA, or MCA.
