Description

Lead complex programs and global delivery teams within the retail and supply chain domains, owning the full lifecycle from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct program strategy, including budget management, resource allocation, and requirement definition.
• Provide oversight to project managers, internal teams, and external subcontractors to ensure strategic alignment.
• Communicate program progress, issue analysis, and escalations to product stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Manage global service delivery models and build high-performing teams to secure repeat business.
• Resolve critical issues involving significant scope, schedule, or financial impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program and delivery management.
• Deep domain expertise in Retail and Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships at CXO and CXO-1 levels.
• Experience managing global service delivery models.
• Strong analytical skills for issue analysis and program cost management.
• Ability to perform resource allocation and skill development for large teams.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior business and technology leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Thought leadership regarding technology and business trends in the consumer goods sector.
