Description

Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks while developing contingency plans.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor team performance using velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time metrics.
• Remove roadblocks and facilitate collaboration among product owners, developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Coach team members on Agile practices to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Agile project management or delivery management.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including project and board administration.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Experience measuring and improving team outcome metrics.
• Ability to work with global, multi-cultural, and remote teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps, BDD, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as CSM, APM, or SAFe Agilist.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with organizational Agile transformations.
