Description

You will lead the delivery of a Snowflake migration program for a healthcare client.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define migration scope and build the implementation project plan.
• Identify dependencies across project phases, internal systems, and external projects.
• Manage governance, risk assessments, and change management plans.
• Drive the internal team to meet timelines and facilitate client demos.
• Coordinate testing schedules, training plans, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Direct experience managing Snowflake migrations.
• Background working within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in the Waterfall execution model.
• PMI PMP certification.
• Experience managing complex project dependencies and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Ability to create and execute training and change management plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for leadership and client reviews.
