Description

Develop application modules and features in Delphi to meet business requirements. You will own the full development lifecycle from module identification through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and upgrade Delphi applications that comply with established frameworks and standards.
• Identify application modules, interfaces, and their interdependencies.
• Support system, integration, and UAT testing phases.
• Assist the team with platform verification and regression test result reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as appropriate.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Delphi development and upgrades.
• 1 to 3 years of experience with ASP .NET technology.
• Experience working within an Agile framework and the software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related IT field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delphi upgrades specifically for mobile applications.
