Description

You will lead memory architecture development and transistor-level full-custom design for high-performance CPUs, GPUs, and SOCs.

Responsibilities

• Execute transistor-level full-custom design and collaborate with physical design teams for layout realization.
• Develop new design features and perform circuit/layout optimizations to meet Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) targets.
• Lead memory design verification and characterization activities.
• Optimize memory designs for minimum power consumption and maximum performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in memory design.
• Strong command of basic electronics including Diodes, RC Circuits, and CMOS.
• Deep understanding of digital electronics fundamentals such as Flip-Flops, Latches, Decoders, and Multiplexers.
• Expertise in setup and hold time concepts.
• Comprehensive memory fundamentals, specifically single-port SRAM including Bitcell, WL decoder, Sense Amp, Self-time, Assist, Low power, and DFT features.
• Knowledge of technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of advanced process technology nodes and memory layout implementation.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, ML, Automation, and statistical simulations such as Monte-Carlo.
