Description

Lead the end-to-end design and development lifecycle for products from concept through to launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to launch, developing requirements and analyzing product design data.
• Maintain and upgrade existing products while establishing test plans and executing third-party certifications.
• Generate and release full bills of material for manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and redesign existing products.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in General or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in product development within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with sheet metal design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze product design data against selection criteria and cost practices.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with plastic and composite materials.
• Experience with CREO/Windchill or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
