Description

You will lead strategic and operational management to align design resources with product and engineering objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and allocation of design resources to ensure alignment across departments.
• Develop and refine operational processes to improve design output efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Conduct operational reviews, including Quarterly State of Design reviews, and report on performance metrics.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies to enhance cross-team collaboration and execution.
• Support UX design team growth through training, enablement initiatives, and mentorship of junior staff.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX design operations or management within high-tech, high-growth environments.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and operational process improvement.
• Experience managing B2B enterprise-scale operations and cross-functional, cross-geographical teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Figma, Google Suite, SharePoint, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and project management skills.
• Ability to align stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI, or equivalent.
